"Thank you to @oldcow_clayworks for my Props.

I wanted to have something handmade and local, since moving to Ireland I fell in love with this craft,

it’s something I sadly didn’t take notice of or appreciate previously.

I wanted something minimal with some character for shooting and styling food, the matte the better!! 

I didn’t want to use anything that distracts from the beauty of the dish.

​

I want to create a mood and feel to my images, you know the kind that says “homemade” pull up chair, make yourself comfortable and let’s eat.

Fiona is amazing at what she does, I gave her specifics and what I asked her for doesn’t do justice to the unique pieces she makes. I’m so pleased to say I have a piece of Ireland in my heart every time I look at these."
